We got NEW blankees! Yippee!

Things started getting a bit chilly out here now in Southern California. Well, at least chilly for us here. While it was in the mid eighties yesterday during the day, it gets down into the low 60's, high 50's at night. Mom came out at 5AM the other day to let us go potty and I just refused to climb out of my bed 'cause I was so chilly.
Mom has pajamas for me, but for some reason I don't like to wear them throughout the night. Don't know why - maybe I can't stretch out right in them - so I usually take them off during the night (ssssshhhh - guess I'm one of those exhibitionists!).
Then it gets chilly around 4AM and I'm shivering by the time Mom gets up.
So yesterday Mom came in with this huge long stick thingy and her scissors. At first I thought we were in trouble with the way she was looking at our beds. But then she started unrolling that stick thing and cutting off long lengths of some kind of furry stuff. It has spots on it - think it might be some kind of animal, but it sure is furry.
Each one of our beds now has warm, fuzzie blankees in them. And not only our beds, but the other spots around the house we nap in. Yippee!
Of course, Rogaine ALWAYS paws and paws wherever he sleeps, so he pulls the blankees out and then Mom has to put them back in later! Geesh, what a goofy pupper he is!
Well, things didn't change this morning either. Mom came to let us go potty and it was just SO warm there as I'd curled up underneath my new blankee, I STILL didn't want to get up and go outside! Sometimes, Mom can't win for losing!
